- Lead, mentor, and train a team of Business Development Executives, set targets, and conduct performance reviews.
- Meet revenue targets, track KPIs, and contribute to improving team performance and sales processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
