Job Description
At dhi Hospitality, we work with hotels, hospitality assets, and emerging brands to unlock commercial growth, strengthen market positioning, and drive long-term performance.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of how dhi is perceived in the market.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, strategy, content, communication, and commercial growth.
You will be responsible for orchestrating the entire marketing function across dhi Hospitality and its growing ecosystem of ventures, ensuring that every piece of communication, content, design, campaign, and outreach reflects the standards, thinking, and positioning that dhi stands for.
You will work directly with the founder and leadership team to shape perception, build visibility, strengthen market presence, and support business growth across consulting, SaaS, and hospitality ventures.
What You’ll Own
Brand & Narrative
- Drive and protect the dhi brand across all touchpoints
- Ensure consistency in communication, positioning, and visual identity
- Maintain high standards across all outbound content and creatives
Marketing Operations
- Orchestrate internal and external marketing and creative teams
- Oversee content, design, social media, website updates, and campaigns
- Build structured workflows and ensure timely execution
Content & Thought Leadership
- Shape impactful B2B content across LinkedIn, articles, presentations, and campaigns
- Work closely with leadership to amplify dhi’s market presence and perspective
Strategic B2B Marketing
- Drive outreach and visibility initiatives across hospitality markets
- Support lead generation, partnerships, and commercial growth efforts
Digital & Growth
- Oversee website messaging and digital brand consistency
- Align marketing initiatives with business and commercial objective
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of branding, strategic communication, and B2B marketing
- Ability to think commercially, not just creatively
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills
- Strong eye for quality, detail, and aesthetics
- Experience leading or coordinating marketing and creative teams
- Ability to move fast, prioritize effectively, and maintain high standards under pressure
- Hospitality, SaaS, consulting, or international B2B experience is highly preferred
- Someone who can challenge average thinking and elevate the quality of work across the board
