Job Summary
The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, supporting staff, and maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Support HR activities such as attendance, onboarding, and employee records
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and clients
- Ensure office cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks (invoices, expenses, petty cash)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
