As an Assistant Vice President in the US CFO function at Deutsche Bank in Mumbai, India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring sustainable financial performance in the United States. - Conduct significant manual and complex reconciliation activities to ensure alignment across regulatory reports.
- Analyze and comment on proposed and final regulatory rules, preparing quarterly analytics and variance analyses for senior management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, lead process improvement initiatives, and mentor junior team members.
- Ensure appropriate controls across all financial processes and maintain strong working relationships with the US CFO team.
Qualification Required:
- 5-10+ years of regulatory reporting experience in a Global Investment Bank.
- In-depth understanding of banking regulatory reporting rules and regulations, including agencies like OCC, FDIC, SEC, and FINRA.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools like SAP, Python, PowerQuery, or similar data analytics platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA, MBA, or advanced degree is beneficial.
