Vendor Management Senior Analyst

As a Vendor Management Senior Analyst at Deutsche Bank, your role involves managing the service relationship with vendors on a transactional level and providing support for vendor-related tasks. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end vendor service relationship, including sourcing, contracting, negotiation, and third-party risk management
• Serving as the primary contact for vendor engagement and overseeing the vendor-related risk management process
• Ensuring timely completion of all vendor remediation activities
• Identifying process improvement ideas and driving key initiatives to enhance efficiency
• Monitoring and optimizing supplier performance and relationships
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and functions to meet sourcing needs and define service levels

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A university degree in economics, apprenticeship in banking, or equivalent qualification
• Several years of banking experience, preferably with Corporate Bank products
• Knowledge and experience in contract management, service delivery, project management, and vendor performance management
• Experience working with third parties and cross-functional teams, with a solid understanding of Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM), Service Delivery Management (SDM), and Third-Party Management (TPM) functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent English communication abilities
