As an experienced HR professional with over 4 years of generalist experience, including 2 years in a managerial role, you will play a crucial role in the following key responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including tasks such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Utilize online platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and social media to attract top talent. Develop effective sourcing strategies, including passive candidate outreach and talent pipeline development.
- Assist in salary benchmarking and compensation structure. Oversee benefits administration and address employee queries related to compensation and perks.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee issues and facilitate conflict resolution. Support employee engagement programs and feedback mechanisms, such as surveys and recognition tools. Conduct stay and exit interviews to evaluate organizational climate and retention drivers.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting frameworks. Provide guidance to managers on coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans to enhance individual and team performance.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs. Monitor the effectiveness and ROI of training initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in employee skills and performance.
