Art Director

Designation: Art Director Job Location: Salt Lake City, Kolkata (Onsite) Experience: 2+ years of agency experience in an advertising/creative agency environment Key Accountabilities - Conceptualize and execute mainline creative concepts with a strong focus on print advertising.

• Contribute innovative and strategic thinking toward campaign ideas
• Assist in preparing and presenting creative concepts and campaign ideas to clients
• Collaborate with copywriters, account management, and client teams to develop integrated campaign ideas
• Visualize concepts and translate them into impactful design solutions
• Ensure brand tone, identity, and positioning are consistently reflected across all creatives
• Deliver insightful and high-quality creative executions that positively impact the client’s business
• Work across integrated campaigns with strong emphasis on mainline advertising creatives Qualifications & Requisite Skills:
• Relevant experience in an advertising/creative agency environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing print-led campaigns with some exposure to digital creatives
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced client-facing environment
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Experience working on BFSI/Banking brands will be an added advantage
