You will be responsible for hands-on Recipe building for complex transformations, data flow development, and implementing analytics using Salesforce Analytics and Tableau CRM. Your expertise in SAQL, Salesforce CRM (Sales and Service Cloud), and knowledge of Einsteins Discovery and Predictive Modelling will be crucial in shaping business logic for analytics through dashboards and deep dives. Additionally, you will play a key role in database design development, data mining techniques, and segmentation to enhance data-driven opportunities for the business.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Hands-on experience in Recipe building for complex transformations
• Proficiency in data flow development and SAQL
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Sales and Service Cloud) and Einsteins Discovery
• Advanced expertise in DBMS Language SQL
• Ability to automate processes for data analyses and provide actionable insights
• Conduct deep RCAs, generate actionable insights, and identify new data-driven opportunities
• Develop standards and processes for QC validation, anomaly detection, and alert notifications
• *Qualifications Required:**
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Salesforce Analytics (TCRM) with a minimum of 1 year in Tableau CRM
• Technical proficiency in database design development and data models
• Masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Math, Finance, Statistics, or related discipline preferred
• Experience working with SQL and business intelligence reporting tools like Tableau and Looker
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
