- Hands-on experience in Recipe building for complex transformations
- Proficiency in data flow development and SAQL
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Sales and Service Cloud) and Einsteins Discovery
- Advanced expertise in DBMS Language SQL
- Ability to automate processes for data analyses and provide actionable insights
- Conduct deep RCAs, generate actionable insights, and identify new data-driven opportunities
- Develop standards and processes for QC validation, anomaly detection, and alert notifications
