We are looking for a Graphic Designer / Art Director with a strong point of view and exceptional taste. This is not a production-heavy design role. It is a thinking-and-craft role. You will lead the visual language across four in-house brands spanning luxury lifestyle, hospitality, design, and culture. From packaging and campaigns to social storytelling and spatial touchpoints, you will define and protect a premium, refined aesthetic across every expression. In addition to managing the in-house brand ecosystem, you will also be pulled into high-profile brand consulting projects led by Kartik Iyer. These projects may include identity systems, packaging design, brand world creation, and strategic visual direction for external clients. This requires agility, discretion, and the ability to operate at a senior creative standard. Being adept to video story telling will be treated as an advantage.

Role & Responsibilities

Brand & Visual Systems

• Define and evolve visual identities across all four brands
• Build and maintain cohesive visual systems and brand guidelines
• Ensure consistency across packaging, website, social, print, and experiential assets

Art Direction

• Art direct photoshoots, campaigns, and content creation
• Work closely with photographers, videographers, stylists, and content teams
• Translate brand strategy into compelling visual narratives

Quality Control

• Maintain a premium, refined aesthetic standard across all outputs
• Review and approve visual material before release
• Supervise external vendors and production partners where required

What We’re Looking For

• 6–8 years of art direction / graphic design experience
• A strong portfolio across branding and social media
• Experience in luxury, lifestyle, D2C, fashion, decor, hospitality, or cultural brands is highly preferred
• Good understanding of typography, composition, and materiality
• Ability to think strategically, not just execute
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
• Strong ownership mindset and high standards
