Position Overview

Trivium PR is looking for an experienced and proactive PR Executive to join its Pune team. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in strategic communication, media relations, and client handling. The role involves managing PR campaigns, coordinating media outreach, creating content, and supporting brand positioning initiatives.

Candidates with prior experience in a PR agency or media industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR and communication strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Manage media outreach to secure coverage across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Draft and edit press releases, feature articles, blogs, speeches, and social media content.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and campaign performance.
• Organize press conferences, media briefings, and stakeholder events.
• Collaborate with digital and content teams to improve brand engagement.
• Explore partnership, sponsorship, and advertising opportunities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and provide communication guidance to clients.
• Support and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proven experience in managing PR campaigns and securing media coverage.
• Strong network of media contacts across industries and publications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of digital PR tools and social media platforms.
• Solid organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
