Specialist, Marketing Performance Analytics
The Lead Management Analyst supports Deloitte’s marketing and sales teams by ensuring the efficient handling, tracking, and nurturing of sales leads. This role plays a critical part in maintaining data quality, facilitating communication between teams, and helping to optimize the lead management process to drive business growth.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Marketing Performance Analytics on the Demand Gen team, you will be responsible for:
- Maintain and update lead databases to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with data privacy requirements
- Use Excel and CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage lead workflows and maintain current pipeline data
- Review and qualify inbound leads using established demand generation criteria and route qualified leads to the appropriate teams
- Develop reports and dashboards on lead status, conversion metrics, and pipeline health to support decision-making
- Analyze lead data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement and demand generation effectiveness

About Demand Gen: We enable stakeholders to tell their business impact stories through data-driven insights. We provide end-to-end solutioning across the data-to-insights journey, including stakeholder support, database management, data visualization, data reporting, technology development, and actionable business recommendations.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in lead management, sales operations, or marketing operations
- Experience working in a demand generation environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and formulas
- Experience using customer relationship management platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience developing reports or dashboards for lead status, conversion metrics, or pipeline tracking
Preferred
- Experience supporting lead nurturing campaigns or follow-up activities
- Experience documenting workflows or lead management processes
- Experience training or onboarding team members on lead management tools or methods
