Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:

  • Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects
  • Provide oversight and support for delivery teams and staff
  • Develop and lead the executive of integrated communications plans, social media, media relations, internal communications and strategic outreach
  • Oversee the analytics and measurement of communication impact

Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a field of communications, marketing, or advertising
  • 4+ years of experience developing and leading integrated strategic communications plans, including social media, media relations, internal communications, and strategic outreach
  • 2+ years of experience writing for senior leaders in the Military Health System (MHS), DoD or the healthcare industry, including speeches, op-eds, news articles, and executive leadership messages
  • 2+ years of experience overseeing communications analytics and measuring communications impact
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
