Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Production on the Marketing, Brand & Communications team, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with internal stakeholders and account teams to concept, design, and deliver motion graphics assets across broadcast, events, web, social, and other video-enabled platforms
- Developing storyboards and visual concepts that translate scripts into clear, engaging narratives aligned to brand and campaign objectives
- Editing raw footage into polished deliverables using motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, and color correction
- Collaborating with video producers, copywriters, creative directors, marketers, and creative leads to shape execution and delivery
- Researching emerging motion design trends, techniques, and technologies to support innovation and continuous improvement

Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia and Animation, Visual Effects, or a related field
- 7-9 years of hands-on experience in video and motion graphics
- Portfolio demonstrating motion design and 2D/3D animation work across projects
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
- Working knowledge of Cinema 4D or another 3D application used to integrate 3D elements into motion projects
- Experience creating video deliverables using visual effects, editing, color correction, transitions, and motion graphics
- Experience developing storyboards or translating scripts into visual narratives
Preferred
- Experience supporting broadcast, events, web, social, or other corporate communication platforms
- Experience collaborating with video producers, copywriters, creative directors, marketers, and creative leads
- Experience with third-party plug-ins such as Element 3D, Red Giant Suite, Boris Mocha Pro, or similar tools
- Experience with live-action or film editing, on-set production, narrative storytelling, or illustration
- Exposure to Agile workflows or tools such as Workfront
