Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM from a premier institute or equivalent qualification.
- 3-8 years of experience in management consulting, automotive strategy, or OEM sales/distribution roles.
- Strong knowledge of automotive retail, dealer operations, sales & aftersales models, EV & mobility ecosystem, and digital transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects/workstreams and manage client stakeholders independently.
- Robust business acumen with structured communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
