Work You'll Do
As a US Delivery Center Senior Consultant on the team, you will:
This role supports a federal government client by providing engineering and technical services for mission-critical IT initiatives. The position focuses on planning, design, integration, testing, implementation, training, and transition support for technology solutions that advance the client's strategic mission objectives. This is focused on delivering engineering, deployment, and transition services prior to handoff to a support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, design, and integration of IT systems and technology solutions.
- Provide technical and engineering services across the project lifecycle, including architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Assist with project management activities such as coordination, scheduling, status tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Conduct system, integration, and operational testing to validate performance and readiness.
- Develop and deliver training and implementation support materials for end users and stakeholders.
- Support transition activities to enable successful handoff of deployed capabilities to an O&M contractor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with mission needs, technical standards, and program objectives.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- 2+ years Experience supporting federal IT programs, technology deployments, or enterprise system initiatives
- 2+ years of IT engineering, systems integration, testing, implementation, and transition processes
- 2+ years expereince supporting technical planning, documentation, and coordination across multiple workstreams
- 2+years expereince in project management methods and working in structured government environments
Preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in collaborative teams to deliver technology solutions in complex environments
