The Team

Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.

Work you’ll do

Minimum 15 years of core experience in leading teams’ software application delivery.

Minimum experience of working in 3 projects (Duration of project to be more than 1 year) as Program Manager.

• Knowledge of Technology, process orchestration and agile development frameworks, API Integrations, Application Architecture, CI/CD, Security etc. Gather requirements from diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Work with Platform Architects and Engineers to convert these requirements to an implementation.
• Work closely with engineers to prioritize product features and requirements.
• Own the execution of the sprint by collaborating with multiple engineering and product teams within the organization.
• Be responsible for the delivery of these sprints both from a timeline and quality point of view.
• Manage technical and product risks and unblock engineering by helping mitigate them.
• Provide accurate visibility in terms of features readiness, issues with other engineering team.
• Be overall responsible for Operations and Maintenance Activities for the applications.

Desired qualifications

B.Tech/BE degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
