Delivery Hero India is part of Delivery Hero Group, the world’s leading local delivery platform. We operate in over 70+ countries worldwide, powered by tech but driven by people. Headquartered in Berlin, Germany. Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly curious, end-to-end Product Designer 2 to join our growth-focused product team. In this role, you won't just be making things look beautiful; you will own the entire design lifecycle—from deep user research and product strategy to seamless UX architectures and high-fidelity UI execution.

You possess a deep love for consumers and thrive on solving complex problems across diverse user personas while building for massive scale. If you are a modern designer who loves data, moves fast, embraces rapid prototyping, and is excited about leveraging next-gen AI tools to supercharge your workflow, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering leaders to define product roadmaps. Translate complex business goals into simple, scalable, and intuitive design strategies.
  • User Research & Insights: Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, usability testing, and data analysis. Synthesize findings into actionable user personas, journey maps, and growth opportunities.
  • End-to-End UX/UI Design: Own the full execution of features from wireframes, user flows, and information architecture to high-fidelity, pixel-perfect UI designs and interactive prototypes.
  • Design Systems & Scalability: Contribute to and champion our global design system. Ensure all designs are component-driven, responsive, and optimized for scalability across Web, Android, and iOS.
  • Growth & Experimentation: Design continuous micro-experiments, growth loops, and A/B test variations aimed at optimizing core metrics like acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Competitive Benchmarking: Maintain a sharp eye on international product trends, clean visual aesthetics, and modern interaction patterns, constantly pushing our product's visual bar higher.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role within fast-paced B2C environments (e.g., E-commerce, Super-apps, Fintech, EdTech, or SaaS).
  • Core Design Stack: Mastery of Figma (including advanced auto-layout, component architecture, and variables), Miro, and industry-standard prototyping tools.
  • Full-Stack Design Capability: A strong portfolio demonstrating a balanced mastery over UX thinking (research, wireframing, friction-reduction) and beautiful UI craftsmanship (typography, visual hierarchy, motion/micro-interactions).
  • AI & Workflow Efficiency: Highly proficient in leveraging Generative AI and Agentic tools (e.g., Claude Agents/Projects, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Figma AI) to drastically accelerate research synthesis, copy Generation, and early-stage brainstorming.
  • Rapid Prototyping Mindset: Comfort with the fast-evolving \"vibe creation\" landscape—capable of using low-code, no-code, or frontend AI prototyping tools (e.g., v0, Bolt.new, Relume) to quickly bring concept prototypes to life and test ideas independently.
  • Collaboration & Mindset: Strong communication and storytelling skills to present design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders. A resilient attitude toward feedback, data-driven intuition, and a desire to build things that scale beautifully.
