About Us: Defy Aesthetic is a woman owned + operated medspa focused on achieving your best skin. Our personalized approach to skincare enhances the already beautiful features of our clients. We are growing and looking to add an Aesthetician!
About the Position:
The Aesthetician will be responsible for performing non-invasive services and treatments including facials, extractions, chemical peels and other facial-related services. Also must possess a vast knowledge of skincare ingredients and feel comfortable with medical-grade products. Must perform all services and treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards. Clinical management is conducted in collaboration with other health care team members.
As an Aesthetician you must have a passion for the aesthetic industry, sustain a proficiency through continuous education and trainings, and possess a high level of critical thinking.
About You:
You are a licensed Aesthetician in the State of Maryland. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you interact with patients daily. You must possess extraordinary attention to detail, as well as a sharp sense of responsiveness to patients and team members. Prior experience preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
