Supply Chain & Procurement Head

As an experienced candidate with over 25 years of expertise in supply chain management, your role will involve overseeing a wide range of technical aspects including forecasting, procurement, supply market intelligence, transportation logistics, warehousing/stores, import & exports, and budgeting.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the supply chain team to ensure the efficiency of sourcing, warehousing, distribution, and overall supply chain processes.
• Making informed purchasing decisions for chemicals, solvents, and engineering goods (both Capex & Revenue).
• Demonstrating a keen understanding of budgeting.
• Managing import & export activities and transportation operations.
• Supervising raw material, packaging material, and engineering stores.
• Handling inventory management, including addressing pilferages and scrap issues.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with DGFT, Customs, GST, and other external agencies.
• Demonstrating strong leadership skills in managing a large workforce.
• Ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements throughout all supply chain functions.
• Maintaining adherence to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and OHSAS 18001:2004 standards.

This position based in Pune requires candidates with prior experience in raw material procurement.
