What You'll Do Assist customers in finding medicines, health products, and OTC items Accurately dispense medicines as per prescriptions under supervision Upsell and cross-sell relevant healthcare products (vitamins, devices, wellness items) Maintain proper stock display, expiry checks, and shelf organization Handle billing and cash/UPI transactions accurately Build long-term relationships with chronic/repeat patients Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily numbers What We're Looking For D.Pharm / B.Pharm preferred; 12th pass with pharmacy experience also considered Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy or medical store experience Basic computer/billing software knowledge (Marg/Evital preferred) Good communication in Hindi; English is a bonus Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude Why Join Us Fixed salary + monthly incentives based on performance Learning environment with clear growth path to senior roles Stable, respectful workplace with a growing brand Referral bonus and team rewards
