About the Role

As an SDE-3 Fullstack Engineer, you will architect fullstack systems, lead complex feature development, and drive engineering standards across UI, backend, and cloud layers. This role requires deep technical breadth, ownership, and experience in large-scale product companies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Architect fullstack solutions using React/Next.js + backend microservices.
• Lead critical cross-team feature development & platform initiatives.
• Design scalable APIs, data models, and UI architectures.
• Drive performance, security, and reliability across the entire stack.
• Mentor fullstack and backend/frontend engineers.
• Collaborate with leadership on technical roadmap & architecture decisions.
• Establish engineering best practices for code, testing, and CI/CD.
• Own debugging, incident resolution & production improvements.
• Document and communicate architectural decisions.

Education & Desired Qualifications

• 6–10+ years fullstack experience in product-based companies.
• Expertise in React/Next.js + Node/Java/Go/Python.
• Strong system design & architectural thinking.
• Proven experience leading teams or major projects.
• Strong understanding of infra, observability, and distributed systems.

NOTE: This will be a flexible freelancing opportunity. Pay will vary by project and typically is up to ₹1500 per hour.
