Creative Director / Design Director

You will lead in-house marketing design initiatives and drive creative strategy to align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement design strategies for marketing and brand initiatives.
• Lead the creative process from concept to completion across all channels.
• Champion user-centric design principles to build intuitive customer experiences.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers to ensure high-quality output.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams on cohesive design solutions.
• Oversee multiple design projects to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in creative design.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in UX and User Interface Design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
• Strong background in Art Direction and Graphic Design.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign.
• Proven ability to execute creative strategies and lead teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and design projects.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
