Creative Director / Design Director

As a Marketing Design Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving creative strategies that align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing design strategies for marketing and brand initiatives.
• Leading the creative process from concept to completion across all communication channels.

The qualifications required for this role include:

• 8+ years of experience in creative design with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Expertise in UX and User Interface Design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
• Strong background in Art Direction and Graphic Design.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign.
• Proven ability to execute creative strategies and lead teams effectively.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and successful design projects.

If you possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field, it would be considered a plus for this role.
