Job Description

We are pioneering the first wealth tech data orchestration platform, streamlining financial workflows, enhancing efficiency, and elevating client experiences. Committed to innovation and excellence, we're reshaping the landscape of finance.

We are seeking a talented backend engineer to spearhead the development of our early product experience. This individual will be instrumental in establishing our engineering culture, building integrations, solving complex data mapping challenges, and significantly contributing to the product roadmap and architectural choices.

Our Stack: Golang. Redis, PosgreSQL, AWS SQS, Amazon S3

Where you'll make an impact:

  • Architect and scale critical connectivity layers by building robust integrations with external financial institutions and wealth tech providers.
  • Engineer sophisticated data synchronization logic to resolve mapping conflicts and ensure high-fidelity data flow across heterogeneous schemas.
  • Drive the backend product roadmap by designing and deploying end-to-end features that empower customer data orchestration at scale.
  • Standardize integration infrastructure by developing reusable patterns and internal tooling that accelerate the deployment of new system connectors.
  • Foster cross-functional excellence by partnering with Product, Design, and Frontend teams to bridge technical backend complexity with seamless user experiences.

Who you are

  • 4-6 years of backend engineering shipping high-stakes APIs, data models, and distributed systems in fast-moving environments.
  • Architectural Problem-Solver: You possess deep technical DNA in relational databases and the core principles of building reliable, scalable backend services.
  • High-Agency Owner: You have a relentless bias toward action, taking full responsibility for identifying bottlenecks and driving solutions from 0 to 1 without hand-holding.
  • Fluid Collaborator: You bridge the gap between technical complexity and product vision, partnering seamlessly with Design and Product to ship at high velocity.
  • Future-Focused Learner: You thrive in the "move fast" culture, proactively leveraging AI tools and new technologies to force-multiply your impact and the team's output.

Bonus points if you have any experience in any of the following areas

  • FinTech
  • Early-stage startups (e.g., among the first three engineers)
  • Open-source software development and maintenance
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: founded a company or launched personal projects.
  • Worked with integrations, ETL or data pipelines
