Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR/Office Manager with recruiting experience to oversee daily office operations while leading talent acquisition and core HR functions. This hybrid role ensures operational efficiency, workforce compliance, and a positive employee experience across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and HR management
- Manage fullcycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles and selection criteria.
- Administer onboarding, offboarding, benefits coordination, and employee records.
- Support employee relations, performance management, review processes, and engagement initiatives.
- Support staff training and certification processes in collaboration with managers.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Maintain HR metrics, reports, and applicant tracking systems.Office Operations
- Oversee daytoday office operations, travel coordination, and vendor management.
- Serve as liaison for IT support, device provisioning, and software licensing.
- Manage company fleet logistics, registrations, and compliance documentation.
- Support leadership with project coordination, reporting, and operational planning.Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 710 years of experience in HR, recruitment, office management, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and recruiting tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a dynamic environment of field and office operations.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
