We acquire, transform, and operate real estate assets globally—turning underutilized properties into high-performance commercial kitchen facilities for thousands of restaurant partners.&nbsp;Our Real Estate, Expansion, and Operations teams work at lightning speed to identify, acquire, and launch properties that enable operators to grow with lower upfront costs and minimal complexity.</p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <p>As a <strong>Real Estate Recruiter</strong>, you will play a critical role in scaling the teams responsible for site sourcing, acquisitions, underwriting, expansion, construction, and asset management. You’ll recruit the dealmakers, operators, and execution-focused builders who will drive CloudKitchens’ next phase of global real estate growth.</p> <h3><strong>You will:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own the full recruitment lifecycle for <strong>Real Estate</strong>, <strong>Expansion</strong>, <strong>Development</strong>, <strong>Construction</strong>, and <strong>Operations</strong> roles across multiple regions.</li> <li>Partner directly with Real Estate leadership to define hiring needs, calibrate on talent, and align recruiting strategy to market expansion goals.</li> <li>Build strong pipelines through <strong>market mapping</strong>, proactive outreach, and targeted sourcing of CRE talent (acquisitions, brokerage, development, project management, underwriting, and more).</li> <li>Drive strategic hiring initiatives that improve time-to-fill, increase hiring quality, and support aggressive market growth plans.</li> <li>Use funnel data and insights to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and maintain a consistently high bar for talent.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>4–6 years</strong> of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to <strong>commercial real estate</strong>, <strong>expansion</strong>, <strong>development</strong>, or <strong>construction</strong> talent.</li> <li>Strong understanding of CRE roles: acquisitions, leasing, development, project management, construction, underwriting, asset management.</li> <li>Proven success managing <strong>high-impact, fast-moving searches</strong> across multiple geographies.</li> <li>A strategic partner who can influence leaders, advise on talent markets, and drive clarity in role definition and leveling.</li> <li>Exceptional communicator able to build trust with senior stakeholders and candidates.</li> <li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment.</li> <li>Mission-first mindset—comfortable operating with urgency and extreme ownership.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Why Join Us</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>High-impact role:</strong> Hire the builders shaping CloudKitchens’ global real estate footprint.</li> <li><strong>Builder culture:</strong> Work alongside dealmakers and operators who move fast and own outcomes.</li> <li><strong>Massive growth opportunity:</strong> Directly influence how we scale our portfolio across North America and beyond.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What Else You Need to Know</strong></h2> <p>This role is <strong>onsite in our Los Angeles HQ</strong>, 5 days a week.
