We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and extensive experience customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in construction, turf/LPO, agriculture, and industrial sectors.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular performance reports to management.

  • Work closely with marketing, service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage major accounts and assist sales representatives with large or complex deals.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, quotations, and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM (customer relationship management) usage.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and equipment innovations.
