BlackToe Running is building Canada’s premier run specialty brand — combining retail, community, and performance-driven e-commerce.
We’re hiring a Digital Ads & Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid acquisition while helping drive smarter decisions across email, creative, and overall online performance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Tik Tok and Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube) campaigns
- Manage budgets, targeting, testing, and performance (ROAS, CAC, MER)
- Drive performance insights across paid media and Klaviyo to improve customer acquisition and retention
- Analyze email performance (campaigns and flows) and identify opportunities to improve segmentation and revenue
- Build a structured creative testing engine (weekly testing, clear winners, scaling)
- Collaborate with e-commerce, marketing, and communications to align campaigns across channels
WHO YOU ARE
- 3–6 years in performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms
- Analytical, fast-moving, and comfortable testing and iterating
- Bonus: retail/DTC experience or interest in running/fitness
- More Bonus: visual creativity, and knowing "what looks good"

COMPENSATION
- $65,000 – $75,000 base (depending on experience)
- Bonus based on personal and company performance
