What You Will Be Doing

Curriculum Developer Key Responsibilities

Achieve quantifiable enhancements in student science learning performance through AI-powered analysis and execution, evidenced by a 2x improvement in concept mastery rates across multiple scientific disciplines (biology, chemistry, physics, etc.) and educational levels.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific field (such as Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or similar)
• 3+ years of experience teaching science or developing science curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
• Basic coding abilities in any programming language
• Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex scientific concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
