The Role

We are looking for a high-energy Content Marketing Intern with 0 to 1 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for creating content on socials as well as collaborating with social influencers and content creators for brand promotions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Content Management: Execute a 14-post bi-weekly calendar across Instagram and LinkedIn, ensuring every piece of content is platform-native and adheres to our "70% trust-building, 30% product-forward" rule.
• Podcast Coordination: Support the distribution of our "What The Finance" podcast, managing guest outreach and clipping high-impact Reels and Shorts from long-form episodes.
• Community Engagement: Maintain brand health by responding to all DMs and comments within 2 hours, fostering a "Mitra" relationship with our audience.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor primary KPIs including saves, reach, and profile visits to optimize content strategy in real-time.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all captions and visuals pass the "would a real person say this?" test and align with our brand pillars.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn (Professional/English) and Instagram (Emotional/Hinglish) audience nuances.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into relatable, jargon-free stories.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure "intent-driven" metrics like saves and shares.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where consistency is prioritized over one-off virality.
