Primary responsibilities include:
- Improving plant process flow using manufacturing engineering principles
- Leading feasibility studies, capacity & capability evaluations
- Active role in APQP and Lean Manufacturing implementation
- Process changes, tooling and BOM management
- Conducting audits and ensuring safety compliance
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (mechanical or manufacturing)
- 3-5 years automotive/high-volume manufacturing experience
- Practical knowledge of Quality Management Systems, APQP, PPAP
- Experience in CAD software (2D & 3D), Lean Manufacturing
- Knowledge of automation, GD&T, ERP, and problem-solving tools
