Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Pizza Twist is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, coordinating with stores, managing orders, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with store teams regarding orders, inventory, and customer concerns
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers with menu information, offers, and order tracking
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
• Support daily operational tasks and ensure smooth communication between departments
• Follow company standards for customer service and professionalism

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online ordering systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
