Position: TM-Quality (Shift position)
Experience: 4-6 years’ experience preferably in automotive/ auto-components industry
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Mech./Prod.) | Diploma (Mech./Elec.)
Location: Chakan , Pune
Job Description
· Driving Team towards Zero Defect Culture and shift management
· Daily review of plant rejections with Quality & Production team and conduct rejection analysis and corrective action
· Ensure effectiveness of process audits & immediate actions on non-conformances.
· Process, Product, layout and layered audits and closure of anomalies / non conformities
· Co-ordination for the Calibration activity, carrying out Destructive and Non Destructive tests as per sampling plan
· Awareness of IATF16949, Quality Tools like 7 QC, 8d analysis
· Prepare periodic reports on quality and review plant quality indices and reviews
· Quality assurance of outgoing products and ensure that key quality targets are achieved.
· Drive improvement actions with multidisciplinary teams, robust controls & pokayoke.
· Conduct statistical studies for key characteristic of the processes
· Interface with customers, understand specified & implied requirements and complete 8D analysis as required
· Establish standards and clear quality methods to be followed on shop floor
· Increase quality awareness through quality-related trainings and quality mentor implementation.
· Monitor process changes and changes in product tolerances arising out of customer issues or product upgradation requirements.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
