Category Manager (Edible Oil, Dry Fruits & Nuts)

As a highly driven Category Manager at our company, you will be leading the Edible Oil, Dry Fruits & Nuts category. Your role will involve owning the end-to-end category strategy, including sourcing, vendor partnerships, pricing, and P&L management to support Country Delights fast-growing D2C ecosystem.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Owning category P&L to drive revenue, margins, and cost efficiency
• Leading new product launches across PAN India
• Defining pricing, assortment & promotions
• Building and executing a central sourcing strategy at both local and national levels
• Driving bulk sourcing for cost and quality optimization
• Benchmarking sourcing practices against market standards
• Managing the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, negotiation, and 3P agreements
• Conducting vendor performance reviews and audits
• Tracking market trends, pricing, and competition benchmarks
• Owning end-to-end D2C operations for the category
• Collaborating cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and marketing teams

In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• 810+ years of experience in category management, sourcing, or procurement
• Strong experience in the Edible Oil, Dry Fruits, and Nuts category is a must-have
• Proven track record in vendor management and negotiations
• Strong PAN India supplier network
• Deep understanding of market pricing and sourcing strategies
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision making
