About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to act as the critical bridge between our deep backend engineering team and our clients.

This is not a pure coding role. You will play a high-impact, client-facing role, taking complex backend logic, AI workflows, and data pipelines, and translating them into clear, structured narratives that build trust and drive user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Delivery & Presentations: Act as the technical point-of-contact during implementations. Present solutions, conduct demos, and explain complex backend/API operations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Engineering Liaison: Work closely with backend and data engineers to deeply understand our system architecture. Assist in debugging client-reported issues and funnel user feedback back into product design.
• Technical Storytelling & Documentation: Create high-quality, audit-ready documentation, workflow presentations, and solution summaries with a strict compliance mindset.

What We Need (Requirements)

• Education: B.E., B.Tech in Computer Science or MCA is mandatory.
• Mindset: High ownership, logical clarity, and a desire to move beyond writing code into an impact-driven, client-facing role.
• Experience: 1–4 years in backend engineering, data engineering, or technical consulting.
• Core Tech Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), with a solid understanding of APIs, backend systems, and data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
• Communication: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills. You can break down complex technical systems into understandable components without oversimplifying them.

Nice to Have (Bonus)

• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Pydantic-based validation systems.
• Familiarity with workflow tools (Airflow), Docker, CI/CD, or AWS.
• Exposure to NLP / AI retrieval pipelines or the Healthcare/Life Sciences domain.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
