Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Summary We are seeking an experienced Requirements Integration Officer to lead requirements management and support technical IT solutions projects within a mission-critical environment. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in systems engineering, IT development, requirements management, and Agile methodologies. This role requires a proven ability to engage with stakeholders, translate mission needs into actionable system requirements, and ensure alignment across technical teams. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Serve as a lead engineer for requirements management across IT solutions projects.</li> <li>Conduct requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, verification, and traceability to ensure stakeholder needs are met.</li> <li>Align requirements to Agile sprint planning and support IT development teams throughout the lifecycle.</li> <li>Facilitate requirements discussions, stakeholder interviews, and documentation to capture and refine technical and business needs.</li> <li>Collaborate with systems engineers, software developers, and integrators to ensure requirements support design, development, and deployment objectives.</li> <li>Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite for requirements tracking, documentation, and collaboration.</li> <li>Support process improvement initiatives for requirements management and IT systems development.</li> <li>Develop and maintain systems documentation, including DoDAF architecture models and views where applicable.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with security, IT systems administration, and software development standards within mission-critical environments.</li> </ul> Qualifications  <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI with Polygraph</li> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering or related technical field</li> <li>10+ years of direct experience in requirements management for technical IT solutions projects OR</li> <li>15+ years of combined experience in requirements management for technical IT solutions projects, System/software development, IT systems administration, cybersecurity compliance  </li> <li>6+ years of experience in a role such as a Systems Engineer, Software Engineer, Systems Integrator, etc.</li> <li>Experience with Agile requirements management and sprint planning for technical IT development teams </li> <li>Experience conducting requirements elicitation, analysis, traceability, validation, verification, documentation, and alignment of requirements to Agile sprints for IT systems </li> <li>Experience facilitating requirements discussion and stakeholder interviews and ensuring documentation, coordination, analysis, traceability, verification, and validation of resulting IT system requirements </li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence </li> </ul> Desired Qualifications <ul> <li>Experience using Human Centered Design (HCD) practices to develop user experience and user interface design requirements </li> <li data-leveltext="·" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="6" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"·","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="17" data-aria-level="1">Demonstrated domain knowledge of IT Project Management, Systems Engineering Software, Software Engineering, Software Development  </li> <li data-leveltext="·" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="6" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"·","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="17" data-aria-level="1">Experience designing and documenting information in the DoDAF architecture models and views</li> <li data-leveltext="·" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="6" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"·","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="17" data-aria-level="1">Agile Methodologies Certification or experience leading Agile sprint planning  </li> <li data-leveltext="·" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="6" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"·","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="17" data-aria-level="1">Experience supporting technical IT development teams in the IC  </li> <li data-leveltext="·" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="6" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"·","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="17" data-aria-level="1">Experience with successful execution of process improvement  </li> <li data-leveltext="·" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="6" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"·","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="17" data-aria-level="1">10+ years of experience working in the IC   </li> </ul> Core One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
