Responsibilities:
- Manage project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers. Responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and risk identification/mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities, and other activities. Coordinates increased contractor footprint and requirements upon Government execution of surge requirements.
- Supports contractor PM tracking and reporting on the status and progress of contractor surge support.
- Establishes the PMO for post-activation execution, providing management support of contractor communications, security processing, space requirements, travel, visas, taxes, and Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) considerations.
- Oversees the Intelligence Management Specialists and Special Security Technicians supplementing receipt, staging, and onward integration of increased contractor staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Desired: PMP Certification.
Security Clearance:
- TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
