We are seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and enhance full-stack web applications and developer tooling that support a modern Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This role focuses on improving automation, enabling scalable development practices, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience across both frontend (Angular/TypeScript preferred) and backend (Java/Spring Boot), along with exposure to CI/CD pipeline development and optimization. This role will contribute to building applications, APIs, and internal platforms that improve developer productivity, observability, and system reliability.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of professional experience in full stack software engineering
• Strong foundation in Angular (preferred) or similar modern frontend frameworks
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs using Java/Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred, Jenkins acceptable)
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments with emerging requirements
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools is a plus
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver practical solutions

Key Responsibilities Full Stack Development

• Build and maintain full-stack web applications using Angular/TypeScript (frontend) and Java/Spring Boot (backend)
• Develop and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services
• Contribute to scalable, performant, and secure application design
• Maintain and improve existing/custom codebases

SDLC and Development Enablement

• Support evolution of the Software Development Lifecycle through improved automation and tooling
• Contribute to development processes across ideation, development, and testing phases
• Help define and implement automation strategies across the development lifecycle

CI/CD and Developer Tooling

• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines aligned to modern development practices
• Support standardization of development workflows and tooling
• Contribute to feature flagging, release management, and scaling platforms

Observability and Analytics

• Develop applications with built-in metrics, logging, and monitoring
• Support dashboards and tooling that provide insights into system performance and developer productivity

Collaboration and Delivery

• Work closely with senior engineers and technical leads to deliver solutions
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and iterative development cycles
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence
