As a Manager / Sr. Manager - Channel Sales in the Residential Real Estate sector located at Gurgaon (Dwarka Expressway - Sector 103), your role will involve driving sales through channel partners, broker networks, and strategic alliances, with a particular focus on high-value residential inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a robust channel partner (CP) network across Gurgaon & Delhi NCR.
  • Drive sales closures through brokers / IPCs / CPs for residential projects.
  • Onboard, activate, and maintain relationships with high-performing channel partners.
  • Conduct CP meets, site visits, and project presentations.
  • Generate business through broker-driven leads and referrals.
  • Track and manage inventory movement, bookings, and revenue targets.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of high-ticket leads (3-10 Cr segment).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, legal) for smooth deal closure.
  • Maintain regular MIS reports and sales pipeline updates.

Qualification Required:

  • 5-12 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
  • Current role as Manager / Sr. Manager - Channel Sales / CP Sales.
  • Strong exposure to Gurgaon market (Dwarka Expressway / GCR / SPR).
  • Proven track record of closing deals through channel partners.
  • Experience in luxury / premium residential projects preferred.
  • Solid network of active brokers / CPs in NCR.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
