Blue Tyga is looking for enthusiastic Retail Management Trainees (Kiosk Operation Team) to join our retail team. The selected candidates will undergo structured training in retail operations, sales, customer service, and store management. This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in the retail industry and grow into future store leaders.

Assist in day-to-day store operations

Help in achieving store sales targets

Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation

Monitor inventory and stock management

Support billing, POS operations, and cash handling

Implement loss prevention and store policies

Work closely with the store team to ensure smooth retail operations

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

Freshers are welcome to apply

Candidates must be willing to relocate to Bangalore (near Lulu Mall)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English Mandratory)

Interest in retail sales and fashion industry

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
