The Merchandise Planner at Hanna Andersson will manage both pre-season and in-season inventory investments, ensuring alignment with our business goals. Optimize prices in real-time to enhance sales, gross margin, and inventory turnover.

Demonstrate a strong planning background and exceptional analytical skills.

Partner with merchandising on sales and inventory plans aligning with division objectives.

Own bottom-up financial reconciliation and forecasting, assessing risks, and creating resolutions.

Collaborate on planning tools and process improvements.

2+ years prior planning experience, preferably direct to consumer.

• Proven track record in merchandise forecasting, planning, and data analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in retail math.
• Ability to use sales data to maximize profitability.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or equivalent experience.

Portland, OR (hybrid) preferred, open to remote (west coast hours) with travel to PDX required.
