Position Summary

The Production Manager is responsible for coordinating roofing, siding, and window projects from scheduling through completion. This role manages material ordering, subcontractor scheduling, homeowner communication, jobsite oversight, and project quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Order materials and coordinate deliveries.
• Schedule jobs and subcontractor crews.
• Manage subcontractor performance, quality, and jobsite cleanup.
• Communicate project schedules, delays, and updates to homeowners.
• Visit jobsites to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate project notes, photos, schedules, and documentation.
• Use company technology and systems appropriately and consistently.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, professionally, and according to company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with residential roofing, siding, and window installation.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple active projects.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, email, CRM software, scheduling tools, and other company technology.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Spanish-speaking preferred.
• Ability to travel to jobsites throughout New Jersey.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
