We are looking for a dynamic Director of Analytics and Data Science to play a crucial role at the crossroads of product development, growth initiatives, and data science. In this key position, you will be responsible for driving growth and subscription performance metrics, leading a robust experimentation program, and formulating the product analytics strategy. You will oversee a talented team of data scientists, establish the analytics roadmap, and serve as the primary data advisor for critical business decisions. This role will also involve the development of AI-driven self-service analytics tools and collaboration with the data engineering team to ensure data integrity and reliability throughout the data pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in data and analytics, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
