Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. This role requires a strong background in plant management, production planning, and lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Develop and implement production plans to optimize efficiency and meet customer demands.
• Oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure operational reliability.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely material procurement.
• Train, mentor, and develop plant staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in plant management or operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production planning processes and systems.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality control methodologies.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
