Experienced Pediatric/Orthodontic Dental Assistant Experience Required Dentrix

Pay:$23.00 – $26.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule & Hours

This is a full-time position. Candidates must be available for the following hours:

• Mon, Wed, Thu:7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday:7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday:7:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a pedo or orthodontic office is required.
• Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.
• Professionalism: A warm, welcoming personality with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills: Familiarity with Dentrix, Dolphin, Weave, Modento & Dental Intelligence preferred. Knowledge of insurance verification, and patient scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Managing patient procedures in compliance with the daily schedule (pedo and ortho)
• Maintaining an OSHA & Infection Control compliant workspace.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborating with the administrative team to provide a seamless patient experience.
• Managing patient behaviors with appropriate methods

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
