Overview Tenstorrent is hiring Online Live Chat Agents to support customers in real time. In this role, you will respond to customer messages, answer questions, and help solve basic issues through live chat.

This is a fully work-from-home position. No previous experience is required, and full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer messages through live chat

Provide clear and accurate information

Assist customers with basic issues and requests

Handle multiple chats at the same time

Maintain accurate records of conversations

Follow company guidelines and procedures

Escalate complex issues when needed

Requirements
