Role Description

This is a full-time, role for a Lead Generation/Appointment Setter. The responsibilities include identifying potential leads, setting and scheduling appointments with prospective clients, and managing communication with potential partners. The role also involves engaging with clients to provide exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall sales and marketing efforts of the company.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and related activities like researching and identifying potential clients
  • Strong skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
  • Excellent proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant work experience in sales or client-facing roles is advantageous
