Part-Time Bookkeeper (Independent Contractor, Remote – Canada

Next Chapter Lifestyle Advisors is seeking a detail-oriented, highly reliable Bookkeeping Specialist to support our Canada-U.S. operations.

This is a flexible, remote, part-time contractor role – ideal for an experienced sole practitioner looking for consistent, low-volume work with minimal overhead.

About the Role

• Manage and reconcile financial data across Canada and the U.S.
• Work with tools like QuickBooks Online, Zoho, Kajabi, and Excel
• Prepare income statements and GST/HST summaries
• Collaborate directly with founders on financial clarity and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Based in Canada (required)
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online and Excel
• Solid understanding of GST/HST
• Comfortable working independently with cross-border data
• Ideal for a sole practitioner (not a firm) with low overhead
• Available for a few hours per month, with increased time during tax periods

Compensation

• $30-$40/hour, based on experience
• Flexible, as-needed workload
