As an HR Manager, your role will involve developing and executing human resource strategy to support the organization's business plan and strategic direction. You will focus on areas such as succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Strategic Leadership:** Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.

Qualification Required:

  • **Education:** MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent degree.
  • **Experience:** 712 years of proven working experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive, preferably in the FMCG or Retail sector.
  • **Skills:**
  • Deep knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • **Languages:** Proficiency in Gujarati is essential for interacting with the production workforce, along with Hindi and English.
