We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Specialist – Network & Security with strong experience in client security assessments (DDQs) and compliance management. This role requires ownership across compliance, security operations, networking, and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client DDQs, security questionnaires, audits, and evidence submissions (primary responsibility)
• Support and maintain compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, TPN) and related documentation
• Manage and secure network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls – SonicWall)
• Administer Windows, Linux & Active Directory (RBAC, GPOs, user lifecycle management)
• Own endpoint security tools (Trellix ePO, DLP) and ensure policy enforcement
• Monitor systems, investigate security incidents, and perform RCA
• Oversee VAPT coordination, patch management, backups, and disaster recovery
• Maintain IT asset management, access control, and infrastructure documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for security and infra requirements

✅ Requirements:

• Experience in handling DDQs / client security assessments (mandatory)
• Good understanding of ISO 27001, TPN, and security best practices
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Networking, IT Security, and Infrastructure management
• Strong hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, LAN/WAN, and network security
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Active Directory administration
• Experience with endpoint security, patching, and vulnerability management
• Ability to take ownership, work independently, and manage multiple priorities
